To give Whatsapp and all the modern social connecting app a tough competition, Mukesh Ambani’s “Reliance Jio Infocomm” has released a new app by the name of “Jio Chat” which can beat up all the available app’s with its new and advanced features. It is currently available for Android and iOS phones but company is working hard to make it available for Windows phone too. It may be surprising to see all the Whatsapp lovers moving towards the new app and it is possible that they might start loving the Jio Chat features and there taste may shift towards Jio Chat app more than Whatsapp like it happened with Facebook after the release of Whatsapp, there was a sudden drift of Facebook users towards Whatsapp. So it is possible that same thing may happen this time also but now with Whatsapp.
Comparison between Whatsapp and Jio Chat :
Features supported by Jio Chat :
Jio Chat as depicted in the comparision chart has got various new features that will make this app different from all the app’s that are available nowadays with us as they will seems to be outdated in terms of they lack the features that are a prerequisite in the upcoming era so it can be said as an alarming sign for other companies like Whatsapp, Hike and others to be up to date with the latest requirement and introduce them in their app’s or go out of the race.
The features can be listed as follows:
- Make your messages live: This means that you can send multiple messages at the same time as well as can make your message go live by adding stickers, emoticons, doodles, pictures, videos, and audio notes, which will enhance your message appearance as well as make it look appealing.
- Be available any time, any place and with anyone: This means that you can enjoy the easy to use feature of voice and video calling any time with anyone and at any place you feel like without paying a single extra penny for that.
- Hide or share your feelings: It is always good to share whatever you feel about , whether it is good or bad but sometimes we don’t want to share everything with people online so in that case Jio Chat provides you the option of disabling the feature , so whenever you feel like not sharing your feelings , you can turn off that feature.
- Store and forward: This feature means that you can send an offline message to your friend when he/ she is not online and they can do the same. The app will store the messages and forward them to the recipients for which they are meant for.
- No need to login every time: This feature means that once you have installed an activated the app , you don’t need to bear the pain of logging in every time you need to connect. As long as your gadget is turned on , you are on and connected.
- Follow up: There is also a feature of follow up available with Jio Chat as you can follow up your favourite stars, brands, collection and whatever you feel like following as everything is available through Jio Chat channels. What you need to do is browse simply and get all you want.
