At last my dream came true; finally we get our first Combat Tactical Game based on the Indian Forces. It was kind of irritating to always play War games based on U.S army, but now we get to play with our own forces through Guardians of the Skies.

GOTS( Guardians Of The Sky) is the first Indian war game which is launched for Smart phones. This game is launched by the Indian Air force to attract the Indian youth towards joining the Indian Air force

THE GAMEPLAY AND PLOT
The game is set in a situation where a imaginary country Zaruzia plans to attack India with its huge forces. Indian air force is ordered for airstrikes on Zarzua and fight with their forces. The player first gets training to fly SUKHOI-30 MKI and a MI17V5 helicopter.

The game starts with two basic operations that serve as a link to the main storyline. 8 long missions will make you fly some of the best aircrafts in Indian Air Force, like the Sukhoi 30 Mki, Mirage 2000, HAL Tejas, Phalcon AWACS,C-17 Globmaster,C-130J Super Hercules , Mi-17V5, Mi-35 and HAL Dhruv .
The game play is motion and touch based and it is currently available on android and windows phone platform. While you play the game you will notice sharp graphics and colors that will impress you as it has impressed me. This game gives a feeling of thrill and adventure every time you set on a mission. While flying the best aircrafts of the Indian Air Force, you will feel proud to play a full indigenously developed game.

Overall the game is excellent and is the first step towards making warfare games based on our Indian armed forces, I hope that the next version of this game should also be available on PC and PS3 and PS4 platforms so that we Indians can get rid of US forces-based combat games.
