Mega List of Ping Services and Servers for Live Writer and WordPress based Blogs

Need to Ping a lot of services, informing them that you have something to show to the world that has been just now posted on to your Blog ?  Ok  then use this list of Ping servers , which can be added to Live Writer in Tools->Options->Ping Servers and you can get lots of spider visits and a visible increase in website traffic .
