Nokia lumia 520 Takes a Bullet to Save Police Officer’s Life
We have heard several times on how technology can save lives but this news story from Brazil totally proves it , as a police personnel was able to save his butt , thanks to his Lumia 520 which deflected a bullet and he received no injuries in the process .
This happened when a Brazilian police officer returning from his work had his lumia 520 tuck in his back pocket and when he entered his parents home , he saw them being kept hostage by 2 unknown criminals . The criminals got scared to see the man in uniform and instantly started open firing at him and in a bid to save his life , the police office started running towards the door and out of the two shots they fired one hit a nearby door & the other hit his buttock but as his lumia 520 was there it deflected the bullet and so man came out with no injuries but the criminals still managed to loot his home and run away but thew best part is the police officer had his life saved by his phone and it’s no doubt that he will be a lifelong Nokia/Microsoft customer from now on .
We in India specially have several jokes/anecdotes citing a Nokia phone to be as hard as a rock and this incident really proves it . that they have great build quality !
